Horse Syndicates

All winnings to be banked and shared out after 1 year and second year all winnings shared out and the horse sold.  As soon as the partnership is ended, shareholders are free to invest their winnings anyway they please without the ascendancy of other shareholders. Bet it all on red in an online roulette game or invest in a rival horse – When the two year period is ended, the money is yours.

Any left over shares go to D A Spencer (Owner) all where and when he runs is up to the trainer John A Harris and no one has a say in that not even D A Spencer.  If J A Harris wants him in a claming race or a selling race then it is up to him as he will have the best interest of the partnership and will look after us if he sells the horse. By signing up to the partnership you are approving to Mr. D A Spencer’s bankroll management and Mr. J A Harris’s training methods. Their decisions are final, and can not be challenged by other investors.

 All money will go to the partnership and will be split as partnership owned and that is the end of the partnership. The horse is in good order and should see the best out of him in the next 2 years and he will be entered into some good races and hopefully make us some money

Investors will need to pay £180 per month by standing order for training fees, vets, entry fees, horse transport, blacksmith, etc with no extras to pay
